DOSS attack on tagbridge website

Good Evening,Last night we experienced a DOSS attack on our website bringing it offline. This issue has only just been resolved and checked by a security expert to prevent these issues happening again.
Please be advised that we have changed support systems from Kayako to Cerberus to improve support management and response times - if you had an outstanding ticket please resubmit it and a member from our team will reply and resolve your incident urgently.
